Silver Key Senior Services Tri-Lakes Thrift Store Ribbon Cutting (Photo) -06/04/24

Colorado Springs, Colorado, June 4, 2024 – Silver Key Senior Services will be hosting a ribbon cutting on Friday, June 7th for the grand reopening of their Tri-Lakes Thrift Store. The Thrift Store celebration will begin at 9am with the ribbon cutting promptly thereafter. We invite the community to this event as we celebrate the doors opening to a completely new location, just a few doors down from the old store. Come celebrate our new location, enjoy some refreshments, and find a deal. Everyone is welcome!

“The origins of the community-based thrift store began 17 years by a group of dedicated volunteers that have kept it going ever since. It’s very common to run into a neighbor or make a new friend while shopping. It’s more than just a store, it’s a community,” says Brieanna Weaver, Silver Key Thrift Store Director.

The newly renovated space was adapted to facilitate all the gently used merchandise from jewelry and clothing, home décor, small furniture and everything in between. The Tri-Lakes Thrift Store is not just for seniors but the community, open to all ages. You’ll enjoy great prices and regular markdowns. All funds raised from your donated items help support Silver Key Senior Services mission.
