The Sherwood Police executed a search warrant at two locations within the City of Sherwood regarding allegations of Sex Abuse. .
The suspect, Christopher M. Griffin, 29 of Sherwood has been charged with Sodomy, Sex Abuse, and Unlawful Sexual Penetration. Christopher Griffin will be lodged in the Washington County Jail.
This investigation began when The Sherwood Police Department was notified of possible Sex Abuse allegations on March 7th, 2019. From the investigation, The Sherwood Police Department determined Christopher Griffin, a staff member with Lets Make Music and Dance had several encounters with the victim while teaching piano lessons at the business.
The investigation is on-going and The Sherwood Police Department is seeking any additional information regarding possible victims who have had contact with Christopher Griffin.
