Jeshua J. Drake, 43 of Sandy, was arrested today on a warrant out of Clackamas County. Drake was indicted by a Clackamas County Grand Jury two weeks ago for 3 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. The charges against Drake stem from incidents that occurred between 1991 and 1993 when he and the victim both attended the Sandy congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
