ESTACADA:

17-1894

ON 11/17/2017 at about 1356 hrs., police recieved a report about a runaway juvenile from the 400 block of Juniper Road. A report was taken, and the runaway was entered into appropriate databases. The juvenile was located on 11/18/2017 at 1500 hrs.

17-1897

On 11/17/2017 at about 2214 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop near SW Lake Shore Drive and S Beech Road. The driver, Andrew T. Phelps (34, of Estacada), had a warrant for his arrest out of Wheeler County. Police transported Mr. Phelps to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was lodged on $40,000 bail.

On 11/18/2017 at about 1615 hrs., a 15 year old juvenile ran away from a home in the 400 block of SW Juniper Road. The juvenile was entered into the appropriate databases, and several residences were checked, without success.

ON 11/17/2017 at about 1356 hrs., police recieved a report about a runaway juvenile from the 400 block of Juniper Road. A report was taken, and the runaway was entered into appropriate databases.


17-1903

On 11/19/2017 at about 1619 hrs., officers checked a travel trailer that had been parked at the Estacada Portal park since the night before. Matthew R. Britt, (30, of Estacada), was contacted and arrested on a Deschutes County warrant for DUII and Reckless driving. He was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on $10,000 bail.

17-1904

On 11/19/2017 at about 1910 hrs., officers stopped a vehicle near the intersection of NW 10th Avenue and N Broadway Street. They determined that the driver had a suspended license and no insurance. The driver was cited and the vehicle impounded.

On 11/19/2017 at 2141 hrs., police received a report about a vehicle striking a pole in the 300 block of SE Highway 224. A report is pending (CAD).

SANDY:

17-1887

On 11/14/2017 between 1200 hrs. and 1400 hrs., an unknown suspect applied graffiti to the restroom wall in the Sandy Transit Center. The graffiti was photographed and abated. The cost of the abatement was $50.

17-1889

On 11/16/2017 at about 1216 hrs., police responded to the regarding a reported harassment. The case is being forwarded to the juvenile department for consideration.

17-CAD

On 11/16/2017 at about 1540 hrs., police received a report about a fraud. A report is pending (CAD).

17-1892

On 11/17/2017 at 1008 hrs., two Sandy resident had their vehicle broken into near the 37000 block of Hwy 26. A report was taken and the case is open, pending additional information.

17-1893

Between 11/16/2017 and 11/17/2017, an unknown suspect damaged the group mail box located near 38000 Burgs Lane. The reporting person took pictures of the damage. The cost of the damage is estimated at about $150.

On 11/17/2017 at about 1356 hrs., police recieved a report about a runaway juvenile from the 400 block of Juniper Road. A report was taken, and the runaway was re-entered into appropriate databases.

On 11/17/2017 at about 1508 hrs., police responded to the 38000 block of Pioneer Boulevard regarding a hit & run crash. A report is pending (CAD).

17-1896

On 11-17-17 at 1516 hrs., police stopped a vehicle that had license plates belonging to another vehicle on it. The driver was suspended and driving without insurance. He was cited for the violations and the plates were seized.

17-1899

On 11/18/2017 at 2053 hrs., a business in the 37000 block of Highway 26 reported that a man took at least two items from the business without paying for them. The suspect is a white male approximately 18 years old, and he was wearing a lime green backpack. Video will be reviewed to help identify him.

17-1900

On 11/19/2017 at 1155 hrs., police responded to a violation of restraining order that occurred in the area of Highway 26 and Bluff Road. The incident was investigated, and a report will be submitted to the DA's Office for review.

On 11/19/2017 at about 1535 hrs., police received a reprot about harassment in the 19000 block of SE Arletha Court. A report is pending (CAD).

On 11/19/2017 at about 2244 hrs., police received a report about theft from the 39000 block of Pioneer Boulevard. A report is pending (CAD).
