Sandy & Estacada Police Log - 11/02/2017-11/05/2017 ESTACADA: 17-1826 On 11/02/2017 at about 1445 hrs., a female subject was trespassed from a property in the 400 block of NW Wade Street. 17-1827 On 11/2/2017 at 1528 hrs., police responded a non-injury hit and run in the 500 block of NE Shafford Street. A report was taken. 17-1830 On 11/04/2017 at around 0544 hrs., police received a report about a vehicle stolen from the 1100 block of NE Regan Hill Loop. A report was taken, and the vehicle was entered into the appropriate databases. 17-1832 On 11/04/2017 at about 1944 hrs., police conducted a traffic stop for a violation in the 200 block of Highway 224. A passenger, Anthony A. Piccolo (35, of Estacada) had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was lodged on $2,500 bail. 17-1831 On 11/04/2017 at about 1945 hrs., police stopped a vehicle for a moving violation on NE 6th Avenue near NE Cemetery Road. The driver was found to be driving suspended and uninsured. The vehicle was impounded and the driver was cited. SANDY: 17-1822 On 11/02/17 at about 0900 hrs., police responded to a reported harassment at a business located in the 37000 block of Bell Street. The incident involves two juveniles; the parents have been contacted, and a report will be forwarded to the Clackamas County Juvenile Department. 17-1824 On 11/02/2017 at about 1320 hrs., police arrested Larry Zhu (34, of Sandy) on a felony parole violation warrant. He was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on no-bail. 17-1829 On 11/03/2017 at about 2308 hrs., police arrested Karla D. Clark (64, of Eagle Creek) for DUII. She was transported to Clackamas County Jail, where she was held on $2500 bail.
