Commercial Structure Fire - 2510 NW Edenbower Blvd., Suite #110 - 8-26-25 (Photo) - 08/26/25

At 7:10 a.m. on August 26, 2025, Roseburg Fire Department personnel responded to a reported commercial structure fire at 2510 NW Edenbower Blvd., Suite #110.  The reporting party had noted an exterior window was broken with smoke exiting the window.

 

Firefighters arrived on scene to find light smoke showing from Suite #110, currently occupied by Eden Dental.  Firefighters also observed black soot located on the exterior portion of the commercial structure. 

 

Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and stopped the forward spread of the fire to the remaining portion of the commercial structure.  Firefighters completed a search of the structure and determined no occupants were inside the structure at the time of the fire. 

 

The commercial structure at 2510 NW Edenbower Blvd., Suite #110, sustained structural, smoke, and water damage.  Firefighters remained on scene to complete overhaul.  A fire investigator was on scene. The cause of the fire was accidental and determined to be electrical in nature.

 

Nineteen firefighters assisted with firefighting operations.  Other agencies assisting with the fire included Central Douglas Fire & Rescue, Umpqua Valley Ambulance, Avista Utilities, Pacific Power, and Roseburg Police Department.
