Redmond, OR—Redmond Police responded to 2812 SW Pumice Place after receiving a call of multiple shots fired inside the home. A caller reported taking the firearm away from the suspect before leaving the house. Redmond Officers, Deschutes County Sheriff's Office Deputies, OSP Troopers, and members of the Central Oregon Emergency Response Team (CERT) responded to the location.  Reports indicated the suspect may still have access to additional weapons in the house.

The suspect was safely taken into custody approximately three hours later.  He is identified as Mr. Robby Dulley, a 59-year-old Redmond resident.  He was arrested for several crimes, including Menacing, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.  He is currently in police custody, getting medical attention; the investigation is ongoing.  He will be later taken to the DCSO Adult Jail.

The Redmond Police Department wishes to thank our partner agencies, the CERT Team, Deschutes County 911, Redmond Public Works, and all the area residents affected by the incident.
