Update on Prosser High School Incident: It has been determined by the Richland Explosive Ordinance Unit that the device found was a small explosive device. ATF is assisting with the investigation, and will be conducting an examination of the device in order to determine more specific information. The Prosser School District is cooperating fully with the investigation and is putting additional measures in place to continue monitoring the situation and to ensure the ongoing safety of our students and staff.
