Text-to-911 Down In City Of Portland Internet Outage -08/27/24

Some City of Portland offices are experiencing an internet outage. 

911 services are functioning, however the text-to-911 feature is down. Those experiencing an emergency should call 911. The non-emergency line 503-823-3333 is working intermittently. If you need non-emergency services, please call back at a later time. PDX 311 is functional but callers may experience longer than typical wait times. Please email 311@portlandoregon.gov for 311 service. 

The Bureau of Technology Services is looking into the root cause of the outage and working to resolve it.
