Interested in 911? The Portland Bureau of Emergency Communications (BOEC) is looking for three community members to serve on the BOEC User Board. Members are needed for the following areas:

• West Portland – live west of the Willamette River.
• East Portland – live between the Willamette River and 122nd Avenue.
• East Multnomah County – live east of 122nd Avenue.

The board provides advice and direction to BOEC's commissioner-in-charge and bureau director, reviews the bureau's budget, and participates in the planning, development, and implementation of systems and initiatives impacting BOEC.
