Remembrance Service for Pregnancy Loss - 09/14/18

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center along with Evergreen Memorial Gardens will present a Service of Remembrance Oct. 11, 2018 to honor and remember the lives of infants who have died over the past 12 months. Families of these little ones are encouraged to attend.

“The Service of Remembrance is our affirmation that every life has value and dignity,” said Susan Lanford, Director of Mission Services for PeaceHealth’s Columbia Network. “This day is set aside to bring comfort to any person in southwest Washington who grieves for their littlest ones who have died in the past year. This service not only supports those who grieve, but also remembers and honors the little ones.”

The Service of Remembrance is a collaborative effort among several groups who care for families through pregnancy and loss, including PeaceHealth Southwest’s Spiritual Care Services, Family Birth Center, Hope Bereavement Services, and Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

There is no cost to attend, and no registration is necessary. For more information about the Service of Remembrance please call PeaceHealth Southwest Spiritual Care Services at 360-514-2257, or visit the Evergreen Memorial Gardens Facebook page.
