Monday, November 9, 2026 Executive & Working Session Meeting Agenda - 11/05/26

The Parkrose Board of Education of School District No. 3, Multnomah County, Oregon, will convene in an Executive & Working Session Meeting on Monday, November 9, 2026 at the Parkrose School District Office located at 10636 NE Prescott Street, Portland, Oregon at the hour of 6:30pm.

 

Guests and members of the public may attend in-person or virtually.

We encourage and welcome all members of our community to engage with our Board. Please email [email protected] or call 503.408.2100 to request accommodations. Agenda items include but are not limited to: A recognition and community hero award presented to The Pathfinder Network, a College Access Champion Award recognition for the High School, goals report from the Middle and High school, capital bond update, legislative advocacy update, ONE presentation debrief,  OSBA elections and a public complaint.  

 

Additionally, the board will meet in closed Executive Session to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection under ORS 192.660(2)(f) & to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed under ORS 192.660(2)(h). 

 

Electronic/Virtual Public Comment Protocol - If you wish to submit a public comment before, or during this Board Meeting please fill out this electronic public comment form before "Public Comments" on the agenda: https://forms.gle/5sUjRZjxJikqmqVg9. If you don’t submit your comment in time we will read it at the next board meeting.

 

In-Person Public Comment Protocol - Upon arrival at the meeting, please fill out an Intent-to-Speak card and hand it to the Board Assistant prior to "In-person Public Comment" on the agenda. You will have a 3 minute time limit.
