Monday, August 24, 2026 Executive & Board Business Meeting Agenda - 08/20/26

The Parkrose Board of Education of School District No. 3, Multnomah County, Oregon, will convene in an Executive Session and Board Business Meeting on Monday, August 24, 2026 at the Parkrose School District Office located at 10636 NE Prescott Street, Portland, Oregon at the hour of 6:30pm.

 

Guests and members of the public may attend in-person or virtually.

We encourage and welcome all members of our community to engage with our board. Agenda items include but are not limited to: EL legislative report, consent agenda, monthly financial reports, construction excise tax, mileage rates, classified turnover analysis, Superintendent public evaluation, board reports, liaison roles, board professional development,  land acknowledgement, board policy and agreements, values and goals, PERS impact, work session agendas and annual reminders of processes and protocols. 

 

Executive Session: Conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations ORS 192.660(2)(d). As well as to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer ORS 192.660(2)(i).

 

Electronic/Virtual Public Comment Protocol - If you wish to submit a public comment before, or during this Board Meeting please fill out this electronic public comment form before "Public Comments" on the agenda: https://forms.gle/5sUjRZjxJikqmqVg9. If you don’t submit your comment in time we will read it at the next board meeting.

 

In-Person Public Comment Protocol - Upon arrival at the meeting, please fill out an Intent-to-Speak card and hand it to the Board Assistant prior to "In-person Public Comment" on the agenda. You will have a 3 minute time limit.
