Peak Vista Hosts Open House at Health Center at Jet Wing
Colorado Springs, Colo. – Peak Vista Community Health Centers (Peak Vista) will host an open house at the Health Center at Jet Wing (1815 Jet Wing Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80916) on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to celebrate its 50 years of service to the community.
Those in attendance will have the chance to tour one of Peak Vista’s newest health centers, meet the care teams that staff it, and enjoy food, games and activities. Peak Vista is accepting new patients and will be able to offer information about how to enroll onsite.
