Peak Vista Community Health Centers’ (Peak Vista) Family Health Center at Mitchell High School will remain open during the school’s remote-learning period. The Family Health Center at Mitchell High School will continue to see patients as scheduled.

About the Family Health Center at Mitchell High School

Peak Vista’s Family Health Center at Mitchell High School is located within the high school at 4041 E. San Miguel St., Colorado Springs, CO, 80909. It is a community-based health center and the first of its kind to serve the students, staff and families of Mitchell High School and their feeder schools, as well as neighborhood residents of all ages. The Family Health Center at Mitchell High School offers medical and behavioral health services Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Enrollment Services are available by appointment only.
