Peak Vista Community Health Centers Moves Drive-Through COVID-19 Testing to Convenient Care Clinic for Walk-in Testing (Photo) - 09/17/20

Colorado Springs, Colo—Peak Vista Community Health Centers has operated a drive-through COVID-19 testing site since mid-April. Due to the expected seasonal weather variables, the drive-through service will transition to “walk-through” testing at the Convenient Care Clinic, the same location, 3205 N Academy Blvd from 10am to 2pm. Peak Vista has tested an average of 700 symptomatic individuals per week at its drive-through location.

People who have COVID-19 symptoms can visit the Convenient Care Clinic at 3205 N. Academy Blvd. from 10am to 2pm for walk-through testing. The turnaround time for results is expected to be 24-48 hours, but may be longer, based on community demand. Peak Vista has 28 centers located in Colorado Springs, the Pikes Peak region and eastern Colorado. Individuals who do not have a health care provider may enroll with Peak Vista regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
