Peak Vista Community Health Centers Offers Back-2-School Care Fair At The Pediatric Health Center At International Circle - Saturday, August 8, From 8am-2pm (Photo) -08/06/20

Peak Vista Community Health Centers’ (Peak Vista) Back-2-School Care Fair prepares children for the new school year. Providers at the Pediatric Health Center at International Circle will offer Back-2-School physicals from 8am-2pm on Saturday, August 8, 2020. During this time, students will receive a wellness exam and any needed immunizations, as well as health information. Children ages 6-18 will receive a prize at the end of their physical while supplies last. The Care Fair will be located at Peak Vista’s Pediatric Health Center at International Circle; 2828 International Circle, Suite 140, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
