Narcotics Arrest In Monmouth Oregon Conducted By The POINT Team -11/12/20
On Friday, November 6, 2020 members of the Polk Interagency Narcotics Team (POINT), assisted by the Monmouth Police Department and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, served a search warrant at the residence located at 164 Catron Street North, Apartment #2, in Monmouth, Polk County, Oregon. The warrant service concluded an investigation into the illegal distribution of methamphetamine in the Polk County area conducted by Mr. Dominic Bass.
Detectives located trace amounts of Methamphetamine, packaging materials, a digital scale and hypodermic needles. Mr. Bass was arrested for the following charges:
Dominic Bass
DOB: 10/15/1983
Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine (3 counts)
Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine (3 counts)
Fail to Register as a Sex Offender (1 count)
Mr. Bass is currently incarcerated at the Polk County Jail and his bail amount is $90,000.
This is not Mr. Bass’ first encounter with the POINT Team.
