Purpose: This educational webinar will update the Oregon Health Policy Board and members of the public about work of the Medicaid Advisory Committee’s Advancing Consumer Experience Subcommittee including an overview of:

2) Common concerns of Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members; and
3) Recommendations for improving OHP consumer experience.
