    • Coding specifications for deletion only
    • Chemodenervation coding specifications
  • Osteochondritis dissecans of the knee
  • Pre-surgical weight loss in the bariatric surgery guideline
  • Biomarkers for prostate cancer
  • Non-spinal chiropractic manipulation
  • Revisions to the acupuncture guideline
  • Changes to the prenatal genetic testing guidelines to remove ethnicity/family history based testing
