Purpose: This is the second of two educational webinars to update the Oregon Health Policy Board and interested parties on the details of the Sustainable Health Care Cost Growth Target Implementation Committee’s recommendations, in advance of OHPB reviewing the final recommendations report in January.
Part 2 will focus on the emerging Implementation Committee discussions on accountability – what happens if a health plan or provider organization fails to meet the cost growth target? This webinar will also cover committee considerations for future governance for the Health Care Cost Growth Target program and potential supports to help health plans and providers successfully contain costs. The webinar is informational only. Attendance by board members is optional, and no official business will be conducted.
