The Committee for Family Forestlands will meet Monday, Dec. 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The meeting will be in the Tillamook Room at the Oregon Department of Forestry Salem Headquarters, 2600 State Street. The committee will discuss these topics:
* Private Forests Division update
* Strategic initiatives
* Smoke management/Environmental Quality Commission policy
* Fire Season 2017 wrap-up
* After the Fire update
* Eastern Oregon/Siskiyou streamside protection review
* Rule making relating to food plots
* Ritter Collaborative lessons learned
This is a public meeting, everyone is welcome. The agenda includes time for public comment at the beginning of the meeting. The meeting space is accessible to persons with disabilities.
