WorkSource Oregon invites job seekers to a manufacturing and warehouse job fair in Tigard

WHEN: Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026, 10 a.m. to noon
WHERE: 11950 SW Garden Place, Suite 100, Tigard, OR 97223
Tigard, Ore. — WorkSource Oregon invites job seekers to attend a manufacturing and warehouse job fair at its Tigard location on Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m. to noon. More than nine local employers will share more information on these positions:
- Machine operators
- Assembly workers
- Production workers
- Ramp agents
- Glassblowers
- And more
The event is free to attend and open to the public. The media are also welcome to attend. Advance registration is recommended but not required. Job seekers are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resumes and come prepared to discuss their skills and experience with employers.
Job seekers can also visit QualityInfo.org to explore skills, wages, and career pathways for in-demand occupations and industries in Oregon.
“This is a great opportunity for people to learn about a variety of career options throughout the Portland Metro area and connect directly with employers,” said Jim Pfarrer, director of Workforce Operations with the Oregon Employment Department. “Job seekers should come ready to make a strong impression.”
WorkSource Oregon staff will also be on site to offer resources for career exploration, as well as resume and interview guidance.
