Traffic backed up at Exit 259

I-84 remains closed eastbound between Exit 216 (6 miles east of Pendleton) and Exit 256 (5 miles west of La Grande) due to a crash near Exit 256. This closure is expected to last at least another few hours. OR204 (Tollgate Hwy) is also closed both directions due to severe winter conditions.
