OR 204 (Tollgate Hwy) in eastern Oregon is now open, however, shoulder closures remain in place on both sides of highway due to debris adjacent to the road. Drive with caution, expect winter conditions and watch for debris in shoulder areas. Heavy snow and high winds brought trees and branches onto the highway prompting its closure yesterday afternoon. ODOT crews have been working to removed 100-150 downed trees, plus trim and take down other hazard trees that threaten the safety of the highway. The shoulder closures run from MP 27 to 30.
