The Oregon City Police are looking for the public’s assistance locating 29-year-old David Rich. David was last seen near 5th St. and Main St. in Oregon City at 1:30 pm. David is Down Syndrome and may not know where he is going. David is 5’6” tall and 200 lbs. He is wearing a black jacket, black pants, with red/black Air Jordan hat.
