Plants for the Planet ~ Proceeds for the Community

If this summer is teaching us anything, it's that the planet, its people, and its feathered and furry inhabitants need climate resilient landscapes now more than ever before. Join the movement, as an army of gardeners and land stewards grow the landscape of the future. Online ordering for Sparrowhawk Native Plants' fall season starts Sunday, August 15th for October pick-up. Place your order at www.sparrowhawknativeplants.com

Here’s How it Works:

Order Plants Online; Aug 15 to Sept 15: Browse profiles of approximately 100 native plant species from the comfort of your socially-distanced couch. Filter by sun, moisture, special features and more to find the right plant for the right place in your yard. Some species may sell out, so get your order in quickly! At checkout, select your appointment date and time, for an October pop-up event near you.

Pick-up Plants in Oct at a Pop-up Near You: We'll look forward to seeing you at one of the pick-up locations; SW Portland, Beaverton, Milwaukie or North Portland. These pop-ups are large, outdoor, parking-lot style events.

Plants for the Planet - Proceeds for the Community: Sink your hands in the dirt - and feel good! Your new native plants will support birds, bees and butterflies in your yard and neighborhood, plus a portion of the proceeds supports the community partner hosting each pop-up event. This season's inspiring community partners are; Neighborhood House, Westside Watershed Resource Center, Friends of Tualatin Hills Nature Park, North Clackamas Watersheds Council and the Arbor Lodge Tree Team. By our powers combined, nearly 30,000 native plants will take root in our neighborhoods, while over $10,000 will go back to these inspiring community organizations.
