Milwaukie Police Seeking Additional Victims Or Information. - 05/04/23
On 4/26/2023, 38-year-old Kevin Goddard, turned himself into the Clackamas County Jail on charges stemming from a CyberTip through the Oregon Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force.
The Milwaukie Police Department is part of the National Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Program, which consists of state and local law enforcement task forces dedicated to developing effective responses to online enticement of children by sexual predators, child exploitation, and child obscenity and pornography cases.
This investigation uncovered contacts between Mr. Goddard and an adult female, allowing Mr. Goddard to gain access to a minor child for purposes of obtaining materials related to sexually explicit conduct involving the child.
Mr. Goddard is facing the following criminal charges:
- Using a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct (5-Counts)
- Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (6-Counts)
Mr. Goddard was released on bail.
