Online Sexual Child Predator Mission Press Release - 12/17/21

On December 15th, 2021, the Milwaukie Police Department hosted a multi-agency online sexual child predator mission in the City of Milwaukie. Undercover police officers posed as minors on several online communication applications, in the attempt to identify and apprehend adults who solicited minors for sexual acts. The mission included investigators from the Milwaukie Police Department, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Oswego Police Department, Canby Police Department, Oregon City Police Department, Molalla Police Department, the FBI, the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office, and members from the Oregon Department of Justice.

Investigators made five arrests on the following subjects:

- Trevor Lariza / Case# 21-8989

- Deven Simmons / Case# 21-8993

- Mario Tomaino / Case# 21-8996

- Noel Moehnke / Case# 21-8997

- Angel Diaz-Rios / Case# 21-9003

All subjects were charged with ORS 167.057 Luring a Minor, and ORS 163.433 Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the First Degree.
