Milwaukie Police Arrest Robbery Suspect "Lone Ranger Bandit" (Photo) - 02/15/18

The Milwaukie Police, with assistance from the Portland Police, have arrested 31-year-old Jay Conrad Noble in connection to an armed robbery at Dotty's, 10843 SE Oak Street, which occurred on 01-17-18, around 1:00 a.m. (MIPD case # 18-204.)

In this case Mr. Noble acted alone, was wearing a mask, and was armed with a revolver-type firearm. During the robbery, Mr. Noble fired one-round at an employee, narrowly missing them. Mr. Noble is also a suspect in numerous robberies in the Portland-Metro / Clackamas County areas.

Due to similarities in all these cases, Mr. Noble has been dubbed the "Lone Ranger Bandit."

Mr. Noble is currently lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on several charges, which include: 2-counts Robbery I, Attempt Assault I, and 3-counts Unlawful use of a weapon. Mr. Noble is also being held on other charges associated with a robbery that occurred on 12-27-17 at Chans Garden, at 14790 SE Webster Road in Clackamas County. (CCSO case #17-33997)

Bail for Mr. Noble is currently set at one million dollars.
