The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reports no changes in evacuation levels overnight.  Current evacuation status in Marion County remains at:







Mill City


North Fork Rd recreation area

Scotts Mills

Both sides of 214 north of Silver Falls State Park to Drakes Crossing. This includes Grade Road and Bridgecreek.


Areas east of Meridian Rd, Davis Creek and Victor Point






Mt. Angel

Meridian Rd South to Cascade Hwy

West of Davis Creek

West of Victor Point south to the County line

We are so grateful for the outpouring of support from our community. Marion County Emergency Management has let us know there is a need for gas cards and pre-paid cell phones for the evacuees. These can be dropped off at the United Way donation site located at 1705 Silverton Rd NE, Salem (across the Oregon State Fair grounds. They are accepting donations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To learn more about current donation needs and drop off locations, please visit
