On 10/17/18 at approximately 2210 hours, officers received reliable information that Judas Rocha (wanted on felony Burglary and Robbery charges) was at 201 SW Agee Street #27, McMinnville. Officers responded to the residence and attempted to convince the occupants to exit the apartment.
The occupants failed to comply and a search warrant was obtained to enter the residence and arrest Rocha on his outstanding felony warrants.
On 10/18/18 at approximately 0145 hours, the search warrant was served on the residence and upon entry, Rocha was inside. Rocha was taken into custody and lodged at the Yamhill County Jail with a SRA of $240.000.00.
Two other occupants were located inside the residence. One of the other occupants was identified as Amarissa Morales, the renter of the apartment. Morales was arrested for Hindering Prosecution and lodged at the Yamhill County Jail with a SRA of $7500.00.
The remaining occupant was interviewed and released at the scene without being charged.
The investigation was a cooperative effort involving officers from the McMinnville Police Department, Yamhill County Interagency Narcotics Team, Oregon State Police, Newberg/Dundee Police Department and Yamhill Police Department and deputies from the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office.
