McMinnville Man Arrested On Sex Abuse Charges **update 1/26/18** (Photo) -01/26/18

***Update as of January 26, 2018*** In October 2017, the McMinnville Police Department Detective Section began investigating a case involving an adult male subject named Vaughn Leslie Monagon (41) of McMinnville. Mr. Monagon was arrested in connection with the initial case on January 19, 2018. Since the initial case was investigated, another victim has come forward. On January 26, 2018 Mr. Monagon was arrested on 2 additional counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree. This case has been turned over to the Yamhill County District Attorney's Office for prosecution, all further media inquiries will go through their office. The McMinnville Police Department believes there could be additional victims and they are asking anyone with relevant information about Mr. Monagon to please call the McMinnville Police Department Tipline at 503-434-2337.
