On November 3, 2020, several hundred people gathered Revolution Hall near SE 12th Ave. & Stark St. starting around 5 p.m. About two hours later, the crowd left Revolution Hall and walked through Southeast Portland’s Buckman and Sunnyside neighborhoods for more than three hours. None of the agencies under Unified Command- Oregon State Police, Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office and Portland Police Bureau- interacted with the march.
