At 8:38pm MCSO Deputies were dispatched to an injury crash at NE Wood Village Blvd and NE Riverwood St. Upon arrival deputies found two pedestrians that had been struck by a vehicle. The pedestrians were transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the deputies. The East County Vehicular Crimes Team is responding to the crash scene. NE Wood Village Blvd will be closed from the Fred Meyers to NE Arata Road for several hours while the crash is being investigated. No additional information is available at this time.
