ARREST MADE IN ANIMAL ABUSE CASE - 07/29/26

On July 28, 2026, Lincoln City Police Detectives processed the arrest of Nicholas Mumma, related to charges of animal abuse in the second degree. Key information was provided to Lincoln City Police Detectives on Monday by a previously unidentified witness in the case. The animal associated with the charges, is currently under the care of Lincoln County Animal Services. LCPD encourages those with information or video evidence to contact the police directly. This greatly increases our ability to validate the source for evidentiary purposes.
