Narcotics-Related Search Warrant September 29, 2016 443 Tangent Street, Lebanon, Oregon On September 29th, 2016, at approximately 10:00 am, the Lebanon Police Department, with the assistance of the Linn County Sheriff's Office, Sweet Home Police Department, Albany Police Department, Corvallis Police Department, Benton County Sheriff's Office and Linn County Parole & Probation, served a narcotics search warrant at the residence of 47-year old Christopher Kyle Pitts. Christopher Pitts was home at the time of the execution of the search warrant. Also in the single-family residence was 31-year old Jamie Lynn Baron, 34-year old Benjamin Saul Williams, 42-year old Karen Brewer Buckner, 42-year old Stephen Everrett Lanham. Two children were also in the residence. DHS responded to the scene and the infants were released to family members. During the search, detectives located user amounts of methamphetamine, one digital scale, multiple small empty bindles used for packaging methamphetamine (some clean and others containing residual amounts) of methamphetamine, several syringes, and other drug paraphernalia. Christopher Pitts and Jamie Baron were arrested and taken to the Lebanon Justice Center Jail, where they were later issued citations for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (x2) and Frequenting a Location where Drugs are Used or Sold. Stephen Lanham was arrested and taken to the Lebanon Justice Center Jail, where he was later issued a citation for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Benjamin Williams was arrested and taken to the Linn County Jail, and was lodged on a Parole & Probation Violation charge. Karen Buckner was released at the residence.
