News Release

Narcotics Search Warrant (Photo) - 05/31/17

On 05/30/17 at approximately 1030HRS, Lebanon Police Department detectives, with assistance from the Linn County Interagency Narcotics Enforcement (L.I.N.E) team and Linn County Regional S.W.A.T., executed a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence located at 492 West Grant Street, Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon. Kimberly J. Wolf (DOB: 12/19/80), James E. Mobley (DOB: 06/16/84), Daniel D. Walburn (DOB: 08/01/83) and Jennifer O. Garcia (DOB: 09/17/88) were taken into custody without incident. Methamphetamine, operational digital scales, drug records, packaging materials and an assortment of other drug paraphernalia were seized from the residence. In addition, a stolen vehicle was recovered at the location, parked inside a garage. Ms. Wolf has been charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine Within 1000 Feet of a School, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (x3) and Frequenting a House Where Drugs are Sold/Used. Mr. Mobley was charged with Frequenting a House Where Drugs are Sold/Used. Mr. Walburn was charged with PCS-Methamphetamine and Frequenting a House Where Drugs are Sold/Used. Ms. Garcia was charged with PCS-Methamphetamine and Frequenting a House Where Drugs are Sold/Used. In addition to the four adults who were present at the residence, three juvenile males were also inside and were released to the care of their parents. Department of Human Services/Child Protective Services case workers were on-scene to assist with the juveniles. Ms. Wolf and Mr. Walburn were transported to the Linn County jail for unrelated arrest warrants, and Mr. Mobley and Ms. Garcia were cited and released after being booked at the Lebanon Justice Center Jail.
