Lebanon Fire District Administration Offices Temporarily Moving - 02/02/21
During the construction of our new Fire Station 31, located at 1050 W. Oak Street, the business offices of the Lebanon Fire District will be relocating to the MBVA building located at 550 S. Main Street, downtown Lebanon starting in mid-February.
Administrative services will be temporarily closed during the move starting on February 10, 2021 and will resume from the new location on Monday, February 15, 2021.
Those members of the community doing business with the Lebanon Fire District will see very little change in how business is conducted.
“The goal is to keep everything as smooth and seamless as possible,” says Fire Chief Joseph Rodondi. “Our mailing address and phone number will not change during the temporary relocation.”
All payments, letters and notices will still be mailed to 1050 W. Oak St. Lebanon, OR 97355. “The Lebanon post office has been a great partner while planning this move and will take care of our mail needs,” says the Chief.
Phone numbers will also remain the same. You can reach the business office at (541) 451-1901 and the billing office at (541) 451-6123. Any requests for an ambulance, an engine response, or reports of fires or illegal burning should still be directed to 9-1-1 as usual.
For business in person, including work with the Fire & Life Safety Department, community members can come down to the MBVA building on Main street. Office hours will remain Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fire District services will be conducted in the following suites:
#108 Ambulance Billing
#109 Fire Marshal’s Office
#111 Deputy Fire Marshal’s Office
#138 Recruitment & Retention (upstairs)
#142 Fire Administration (upstairs)
Construction on Station 31 is anticipated to continue through December of 2022. The Administration offices will remain at the MBVA building until the new station opens.
