8/21/25 - LCSO Case 25-3987 - Motorcycle Rider Dies In Single Vehicle Crash (Photo) - 08/23/25

 
On August 21st at about 6 p.m., Lane County Sheriff’s deputies responded with fire personnel to a single vehicle crash in the 39100 block of Upper Camp Creek Road, Springfield.
 
The vehicle, a 2006 Suzuki SV650 motorcycle, left the roadway while negotiating a curve and struck a guardrail. The rider was the only person on the motorcycle and was killed in the crash.
 
The deceased was identified as William Sean Yoder, 57, of Springfield.
