Update: Non-emergency phone line for Lane County Sheriff's Office working again - 11/15/23

UPDATE: The non-emergency line for the Sheriff's Office is working again. For non-emergency services, please call 541-682-4150.

Emergency calls should be made to 9-1-1.

Original release:

The non-emergency phone line (541-682-4150) for the Lane County Sheriff’s Office is down. Residents who need to reach the Sheriff’s Office should call 541-682-4141 instead. Emergency calls should still be directed to 9-1-1; the 9-1-1 system is not affected.

There is currently no estimate for the length of time it will take to repair the non-emergency phone line. The Lane County Sheriff’s Office is working with the provider to correct the issue.

An update will be sent once the main non-emergency number is working again.
