Lane Education Service District Announces Assistant Superintendent Hire - 04/07/21
Lane ESD is pleased to announce that Lane ESD Board unanimously approved Superintendent Tony Scurto's recommendation to hire Dr. Carlos Sequeira as its new Assistant Superintendent, replacing Carol Knobbe who is retiring at the end of this school year.
Dr. Sequeira currently serves as School Improvement Director and leads the agency’s Instruction, Equity and Partnership efforts. In restructuring Lane ESD's Leadership Team, Carlos will retain those responsibilities in addition to the Assistant Superintendent role. Lane ESD has announced a vacancy for a Director of Human Resources to fill the remaining void that will be left as our existing Assistant Superintendent, Carol Knobbe, retires at the end of this school year. Ms. Knobbe has done an outstanding job and will be missed.
