Kelso School District Welcomes Bob Kickner As New Athletic Director (Photo) -06/07/23

Kelso School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Bob Kickner as Athletic Director for the district. 

Kickner comes to Kelso with 28 years of athletic and coaching experience, 19 of which were as an Athletic Director (AD). Details of his AD and coaching career include:

• 5 years - Olympia HS Athletic Director
• 14 years - Green River CC Athletic and Recreation Director
• 3 years - Head Women's Basketball Coach at Green River CC
• 4 years - Head Girls Basketball Coach Seattle Christian HS 2009 1A State Champs
• 5 years - Asst AD/ Head Women's Basketball Coach Univ of St Mary (KS)
• 2 Years - Graduate Men's Basketball Coach Asst Emporia State Univ (KS)
• 4 years - SID/Asst Men's Basketball Coach Pacific University (OR)
• 6 years - Youth Referee in Soccer and Basketball.  WOA Certified

Kickner replaces Ryan Aldred, who served as Kelso’s AD this school year and will be the AD for Reynolds High School in Oregon beginning July 1.
