Police Locate Wife And Arrest On Warrant

**UPDATE**
In the early afternoon of July 27th, members of the US Marshal Service Portland Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force for the District of Oregon and Western District of Washington located 56-year-old Shelly Rae Peca off a forest service road in a remote area of Chelan County, Washington. Ms. Peca was arrested, transported and booked into the Snohomish County Correctional Facility on charges of Murder in the Second Degree. Ms. Peca is being arraigned and will wait extradition back to Oregon.
At this time, and in collaboration with the Marion County District Attorney’s Office, investigators are not releasing any further information related to this investigation. The Keizer Police Department will provide updates as appropriate.
