Keizer Police Release Name Of Deceased And Investigate Death As A Homicide (Photo)

On July 17th, 59-year-old Keizer resident, Walter Arthur Peca, was found deceased in his home. Police are treating the investigation as a homicide.
Detectives are looking to make contact with Mr. Peca’s wife, 56-year-old Shelly Rae Peca. Mrs. Peca is described as being 5’5”, 155lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen driving a red or maroon colored 1999 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, with Oregon license plate 716QAX. This vehicle was observed leaving Keizer on July 16th at 6:30am and appeared the following day at 10pm, in Brewster, Washington. Anyone with information on Mrs. Peca’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 and to not attempt contact with her.
