Man arrested for three counts of Public Indecency (Photo) - 10/07/19

Arrested: Garcia-Guzman, Lizandro, DOB 04/28/1998, Keizer resident

Charges: Three counts of Public Indecency

On October 2nd, 2019, at approximately 9:42 a.m., Keizer Police officers were dispatched to the parking lot of the Safeway grocery store at 4990 River Road North to a report of a man exposing himself to passersby while standing outside his black Chevrolet Blazer. Responding officers spoke with a witness and based upon their investigation, arrested Mr. Garcia-Guzman for public indecency.

In a subsequent interview with detectives, Mr. Garcia-Guzman admitted to exposing himself at the same location on two previous occasions—September 26th and September 29th. Mr. Garcia-Guzman was booked into the Marion County Jail. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Detective Ben Howden at 503 856-3525.
