Hundreds of Kaiser Permanente Northwest employees participate in Martin Luther King Jr. Days of Service

When:

Where:
Salem Free Clinic, 1300 Broadway Ave. NE #104 Salem, Ore., 97301

What:
With the help of multiple supporters, including Kaiser Permanente, Salem Free Clinic provides medical, dental and mental health services for uninsured patients. With over 400 volunteers and 5,000 patient visits per year, they bring hope and health to our community.

Background:
For the 14th consecutive year, Kaiser Permanente physicians, dentists and staff are celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day by rolling up their sleeves in remembrance of Dr. King's commitment to community service.

From Friday, Jan. 12 through Thursday, Jan. 18, more than 1100 Kaiser Permanente employees, friends and family members will volunteer at a total of 49 service projects across the Northwest region.
