INCIDENT: Marijuana Search Warrant 

INCIDENT DATE: October 1, 2024 

REPORTING DEPUTY: Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team (JMET)

ARRESTED: Ahron Lee Wilson, 42 years-old

CHARGES: 1- Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana

                        2- Unlawful Possession of Marijuana x2

                        3- Unlawful Appropriation of Water

DETAILS: On October 1, 2024, the Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team (JMET) with the assistance of Josephine County Public Health & Building Safety, executed a search warrant in the 1000 block of Holton Creek Road, Cave Junction, regarding an illegal marijuana grow site.

During the execution of the warrant, approximately 20 pounds of processed marijuana and over 70 marijuana plants were seized and destroyed. Additionally, six bags of psilocybin, a large amount of marijuana concentrate, a large amount of mushroom extract, a container of THC gummies, and a large amount of cash were seized on scene.

Josephine County Public Health & Building Safety located multiple electrical, water, and solid waste code violations on the property. 

Ahron Lee Wilson was taken into custody and lodged in the Josephine County Jail for Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana x2, and Unlawful Appropriation of Water.

At the time of this press release the investigation is ongoing and no further details are being released.
