Information: On April 24, 2024 around 11:00pm, we received a report that Stephen Bowen went for a nature walk around 4:00pm that day and hadn't returned. He left from the 100 Block of Sunflower Lane (off of Highland Ave) in Grants Pass. He was wearing a t-shirt, lightweight coat, jeans and tennis shoes. Josephine County Search and Rescue was activated and joined Deputies in the search until around 5:00am this morning. Search and Rescue, along with Deputies, are continuing their search this morning.
