Marijuana Search Warrant 10/12/22 (Photo) - 10/13/22

ARRESTED: William Kennon, 37 years-old

                     Jennifer Cavagnol, 40 years-old

                     Christopher Andrews, 38 years-old

CHARGES: 1- Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana  

                   2- Unlawful Possession of Marijuana                                    

DETAILS:

On October 12, 2022, the Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team (JMET) executed two search warrants in the 3000 block of Upper River Road and one search warrant in the 3000 block of Lower River Road in Josephine County regarding illegal marijuana grow sites.  The search warrants were executed with the assistance of Rogue Area Drug Enforcement (RADE) and Josephine County Code Enforcement.

During the execution of the warrants more than 2,600 growing marijuana plants and approximately 2,500 pounds of processed marijuana was seized and destroyed. 

The properties also had multiple electrical, water and solid waste code violations. These violations could result in the civil forfeiture of the property. 

William Kennon, Jennifer Cavagnol and Christopher Williams were arrested for Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

At the time of this press release the investigation is ongoing and no further details are being released.
